Open Mic Markets : A Synopsis
The intention for these Open Mic Markets is to gather the community to share their wellbeing initiatives and/or activities. Once a month, we will focus on a particular wellbeing domain (physical, mental, emotional, financial, social).
Each speaker has a maximum of 45 minutes to share. We hope that the Open Mic Markets will be a form of ecosystem of community support for each other. We hope that, through the Open Mic Markets, we can learn and grow together, in each domain of wellbeing, towards a holistic, resilient foundation for a fulfilling life.
