Women's Wellbeing
Women's Wellbeing
Toggling between duties at work and duties at home, and taking on new-found responsibilities within short periods of time, is challenging on the body, mind and spirit for women in the modern age.
Multiple roles & responsibilities in line with the roles :
Daughter
Sister
Wife
Daughter-in-law
Mother
Employee
Leader of small team/s
Caregiver at home & at work
Physically, the body goes through multiple changes, including pre-during-post pregnancy & childbirth and then later on with aging and menopause. The hormonal changes in itself, comes in waves.
In addition, mentally and emotionally, these women are learning to navigate expectations of self and others, and within larger systems.
The need for time and space to process their experiences in each of the wellbeing domains, allows for them to become aware, and start paying attention in the areas that are important to them, now, and perhaps in the near future.
Through awareness, the path unfolds, in the approach towards wellbeing, to take care of self, and to take care of others.
Thus, we are introducing some programmes for women to participate in, to enhance their awareness and their wellbeing, and in turn, able to support the wellbeing of the other people in their communities, at work, at play, in life.
Mainly targeted at young mothers, to provide a platform and avenue to self-care and care for others.
How did Womenpreneurs Inner Circle to Success (WICTS) start?
The Womenpreneurs Inner Circle To Success (WICTS) was started by Coach Aifa Ahmad in April 2021 during the pandemic. Since the pandemic, it has affected so many lives and families. Coach Aifa Ahmad had interacted with womenpreneurs that she had met through her networking sessions, women that she has coached and trained through her wellbeing programmes as well as within the entrepreneur community where they shared their challenges and ideas thus she decided to come up with this initiative to gather womenpreneurs, solopreneurs and freelancers through this support group where they can connect, share resources and get support from one another especially in the area of wellbeing.
WICTS is not only for Womenpreneurs with home-based businesses. It's a hub for women whom are considering side hustles, keen to start their own initiatives, fundraiser or charity drives as well as freelancers.
Within WICTS is the Power-To-The Mums Initiative. The Power To The Mums initiative is for mothers or mothers to be, with various challenges - single mothers, mums with mental health challenges, caregivers of aging & critically ill family members, dementia family members with various health challenges who find difficulty in finding full time or part time jobs due to their challenging situations whom are keen to explore initiatives within WICTS where they support the other members with their businesses and initiatives with minimum remuneration. We train and mentor the mums within the WICTS community to be able to educate and empower others in the area of sustainability, animal welfare and cruelty-free, organic products.
Here are some of the initiatives by WICTS Hub:
Inner Circle Sharings - Where womenpreneurs share their struggles and seek support from each other
Active Meets - Active meet ups such as swims, walks and sing-a-long sessions where they get to meet and connect with each other in a more casual and fun setting.
Women’s Wellbeing - Programmes for women to participate in, to enhance their awareness and their wellbeing, and in turn, able to support the wellbeing of the other people in their communities, at work, at play, in life. WICTS Markets - A platform for our womenpreneurs to showcase their products and initiatives for a good cause.
Freelance & adhoc gigs & facilitation opportunities - We work with partners and stakeholders to provide adhoc gigs and facilitation opportunities for our WICTS and Power to the mums members to earn a side income.

We understand the changes that mothers experience, in their body, mind and spirit.
Thus, developing more bite-sized programmes, that will allow you to keep well, and also to have flexibility for your schedule, to take care of yourself, and those who need your care.
Come and participate, as a boother, or an attendee, to network and get to know our lovely community of supportive women, womenpreneurs and mums!
Taking time away from existing responsibilities, just for a little while, to relieve the stresses of everyday encounters and life in general. Take it as a moment of pause, breathe and rejuvenation, so that you may come back to your loved ones as a healthier person, and also, eventually, support these same loved ones to be healthy in themselves.
