"Art of Cooking" by Ms Liana Hashim
Cooking is more than just following a recipe; it's a form of artistic expression where the chef can showcase their creativity, passion, and unique style. Like a painter with colors, a chef uses ingredients, flavors, textures, and presentation to create a culinary masterpiece. Cooking as an art suggests a deep passion and dedication to food and the culinary experience. It implies a love for ingredients and a desire to create something beautiful and delicious.
The "art" of cooking also hints at the sensory experience it provides. It's not just about taste, but also about the aroma, the visual appeal, the texture, and even the sounds of cooking. A true culinary artist considers all these elements to create a holistic and memorable experience.
It acknowledges that food is more than just sustenance; it's a part of our culture, traditions, and heritage. The art of cooking can be a way to preserve and celebrate these traditions.
While skill and technique are important, the "art" of cooking also allows for intuition and improvisation. It's about understanding the fundamentals and then being able to adapt, experiment, and create something new and exciting.

"Aqua & Movement for Wellbeing" by Coach Aifa Ahmad
Aqua aerobics, also known as water aerobics, is a fun and effective way for women to get a full-body workout with minimal impact on their joints. It involves performing various exercises in a pool, often to music, and utilizes the water's buoyancy and resistance to enhance fitness.
Low-Impact Exercise :
The buoyancy of water reduces the stress on joints, making it ideal for women with arthritis, joint pain, or those recovering from injuries. It allows for a full range of motion without the risk of high-impact injuries.
Full-Body Workout :
Aqua aerobics engages all major muscle groups, providing a comprehensive workout that improves strength, endurance, and flexibility. The water resistance helps to tone muscles and build strength without the need for heavy weights.
Cardiovascular Health :
Aqua aerobics increases heart rate and improves circulation, leading to better cardiovascular health and lower blood pressure. It can also help to improve lung capacity and overall stamina.
Improved Flexibility and Balance :
The water supports the body, allowing for a greater range of motion and improved flexibility. Aqua aerobics also challenges balance and coordination, which can be especially beneficial for older women.
Stress Reduction :
The soothing properties of water combined with exercise can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Aqua aerobics can be a fun and enjoyable way to de-stress and improve mental well-being.
Social Interaction :
Aqua aerobics classes often provide a social environment where women can connect with others and build friendships. Exercising in a group can be motivating and help to maintain a regular fitness routine.
Suitable for All Fitness Levels :
Aqua aerobics can be modified to suit different fitness levels, making it accessible to women of all ages and abilities. Instructors can provide variations of exercises to accommodate individual needs and preferences.
Pregnancy-Friendly :
Aqua aerobics is a safe and effective way for pregnant women to stay active and maintain fitness. The buoyancy of water helps to support the extra weight and reduce stress on the joints.
