We have been conducting this programme 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Because the programme is conducted in small group sizes, we were able to conduct it within the restrictions then.

Once the restrictions were lifted, we were able to take on larger groups, the largest being from National Youth Council, as part of their staff Learning Day Retreat, in 2022.

Are you willing to give yourself permission, to take time to pause and recalibrate? To just be, in silence, with yourself, your body and nature? To support the body, mind and spirit in its need for care and energy sustenance.

This is a 4-hour reflective and silent retreat in nature, in the great outdoors, to take a breath, pause, reflect, rejuvenate and recharge. It is held face-to-face, as a physical meet-up, and for up to 8 pax. 

It is also a rain-or-shine event, so do prepare to continue the session, regardless of the weather. And that is how life is as well, isn't it? :)

We have conducted 6 runs of this within July to September 2023, for mostly public groups and non-profit groups.

It's popularity lies in the short duration, to take a moment for self care and social care, and also it's "portability and accessibility". It can be held in almost any conducive and quiet space, that can seat the number of participants.

This is a face-to-face, physical meet-up programme, for up to 10 pax.

Held indoors, with a cup of tea, and some reflections.

Allowing for the time and space, to   connect with self. And then eventually, with others.

We have conducted monthly sessions since the COVID-19 pandemic, in support of individuals and organisations, to take a moment of reprieve amidst the changes and isolation of working from home.

It's popularity lies in the short duration, to take a moment for self care and social care, and also it's "accessibility", because it is conducted virtually. You can join in from the comfort of your home, or while settling into the office before you start work or in the middle of the workday, or when you end the day, or when you are travelling from point a to point b.

This session is conducted online, via zoom or google meets.

Do Nothing Day

Toggling between activity and non-activity, doing and non-doing, the mind and body experiences a gentle flow, moving in and out of focus and relaxation.

Allowing the person to experience lightness and relieving self from responsibilities, the mind and body gets a chance to rest and breathe, and the spirit also gets a reprieve.

We started conducting this before the COVID-19 pandemic, and had to pause this because of the restrictions.

Since the restrictions have been lifted, we have conducted another 3 times in the month of October 2023 itself.

This is a face-to-face, physical meet-up programme, and for up to 10 pax. It will be held indoors, and interaction, conversation and sharing with each other is encouraged during the session.

There will still be some moments of silence during the session, to allow for individuals to be with self, body and breath.
