Each session is meant to be reflective and interactive, tapping into participants' experiences with emotions, and then relating to real-life situations.
In the process :
We cultivate emotional awareness and understanding

It will also support us in developing healthier relationships with self, emotions and others.

Participants engage in experiential learning, using plush animal models and sometimes interacting with real animals to understand animal care and welfare. This workshop might also include real-life vet medical tools or animal rescue tools!

As an appreciative Mindfulness-Based Programme (MBP), Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) is designed to enhance overall wellbeing and happiness for a wide demographic, including healthy individuals and those with chronic challenges.
This 9-session programme, conducted over 8 weeks, facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the better health paradigm. Participants are empowered to proactively enhance their wellbeing, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges and opportunities. By immersing yourself in this course, you'll discover the keys to unlocking a more meaningful and flourishing existence, fostering a profound sense of personal growth and contentment.

By fostering personal growth and entrepreneurial spirit, the programme equips participants in defining and achieving their own success, whether through starting their own businesses or preparing for meaningful employment.

The Community Wellbeing Leadership Development Programme (CWLDP) is designed to cultivate effective community leaders by providing them with the necessary tools, insights, and support to initiate and sustain meaningful community projects. This programme is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating positive change and want to deepen their understanding of community dynamics and leadership principles.

The CWLDP is for aspiring and current community builders, including volunteers, grassroots organizers, and social entrepreneurs. It's also suitable for professionals looking to apply their skills to community-based initiatives. The programme's primary objectives are to help participants:
Define and articulate their personal and community leadership styles.

Module 3 : What is Leadership? β Explores leadership from a personal perspective, focusing on an individual's values, beliefs, and working styles. Participants reflect on their unique strengths as leaders.
Module 4 : What is Community Leadership? β Merges the concepts of community and leadership. The module helps participants define a common mission, identify available resources, and make strategic decisions about trade-offs and resource allocation.
Module 5 : Branding β Covers the development of both personal and community brands. Participants learn to create a compelling voice and apply strategic branding to their initiatives.
Module 6 : Action Plans β Guides participants in creating concrete Personal Action Plans and Community Action Plans, translating their learning into tangible steps for their projects.
The programme also includes optional follow-up sessions and 1:1 coaching to provide continued support and accountability.
